I've spent my career at the intersection of early childhood education and holistic wellness. It's an unusual combination on paper, but it's really one thread: helping people through the moments of life that are hardest to navigate alone.

My Background

I hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, with dual state certification in Elementary Education and Speech/Language Disorders. Working closely with young children over the years, I recognized something in them that I'd always carried myself: they communicate through tone, presence, and connection — not just words.

That recognition wasn't new to me. I've been a listener, an intuitive observer, and a mirror for as long as I can remember — people came to me for perspective and advice even when I was young, long before I had any formal training to call it that. Reiki, and everything I've studied since, didn't create this in me — it gave me language and structure for something that had always been there. Working with children simply gave it a mirror.

My Practice

Over the past three decades, I've built a practice around helping people move through change — whatever that change looks like.

I'm a certified Reiki Master/Teacher (since 1996) and trained in several Reiki approaches, as well as ThetaHealing® and Level 1 Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I use these as relaxation, stress-reduction, and belief-work tools — practical techniques to help people let go of what's weighing them down and think more clearly about what's next.

I also work with intuitive and energy-based practices, including Intuitive Guidance Sessions, Akashic Record work (offered as Soul-Level Clearing), and my own signature color-based method, the Prism Healing Technique®. You can read more about each of these on my Services page →.

I'm a certified end-of-life doula, supporting individuals and families through the practical and emotional realities of death and dying. And as a non-denominational ordained minister, I offer spiritual counsel held in confidence — whether that's officiating a ceremony, or simply being someone to talk to when you need it.

Every one of these trainings serves the same purpose: helping people move through transitions — beginnings, endings, and everything in between — with a little more clarity and a little less alone.

My Mission

No two people come to this work needing the same thing. Sometimes it's someone to talk things through with — no fixing required. Other times, it's a compass, or a north star, to help you find your way forward. Whether you're a parent trying to better understand your child, someone navigating grief or loss, or working through a difficult transition in life, I'm here to help you move through it with more clarity, calm, and confidence.

However you arrive — with a clear question, a quiet feeling, or simply not knowing where to start — there's a reason you're here, and I'm glad it brought you to me. I didn't always know what I was looking for either. I've walked my own hard road to get here, and I know what it takes to find your way through.

I'm not here to walk the path for you — I'm here as a wayshower, helping you find your own way forward.

This work is rooted in sovereignty — reclaiming your authority as a soul, deeply connected to something greater than yourself.

Change is constant, and it's not always easy. But you don't have to face it alone — sometimes all you need is knowing someone has your back.
